President Zuma wants all SA under-age mothers to submit their kids to the Gov't and go back to school...

"They are not prepared for parenthood,they should be in school by now learning to be the best they could be rather than being saddled with the responsibility of cathering for children which they themselves are..." Said president Jacob Zuma.

He said that all under aged mothers that bore children out of wedlock should submit their children to the government( the government will cater for them) and then go to school so as to be useful to both themselves and country.

This happens to be the second time that president Zuma suggested this. The first was in the year 2009 in a campaign which resulted to a protest afterwards.

Zuma seems to be serious about it this time around.
