What in the world is Nollywood actor Desmond Elliot handing over to the police?

Following the political trends on social media, the PDP posted the photo of Desmond Elliot allegedly sharing money to the police.
PDP calls him "Desmond Elliot of APC".

Nobody knows what the money is meant for, but a lot of Nigerians think this act to be uncalled-for and call on security agencies to investigate the matter.
