Bill Gates says MOBILE banking can eradicate poverty in Africa........

Bill Gates today speaks about mobile banking and it's benefits in tackling poverty worldwide.
What caught my attention is the statement he made as regarding Africa.
He said that when it Comes to mobile banking, Africa is leading worldwide.

The question is; Can mobile banking really eradicate poverty in Africa?
Here is his very own statement.....
