The apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians about the food they should often feed their minds with. these foods are truly the ingredients to healthy and fulfilling life.
Philippians 4:8..... Finally,brethren,whatever things are true.whatever things are noble,whatever things are just,whatever things are pure,whatever things are lovely,whatever things are of good report,if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things.

The question you need to ask yourself is; "what am I feeding my mind with?" these is very important because the way a
man thinks in his heart so he is".
you need to take responsibility of the kind of thoughts that goes through your mind at all times. which is why you must feed your minds all the time with positive materials like The bible and other positive inspirational books etc.
Remember that we are admonished to guide our heart's with all diligence for out of it proceeds the issues of life.

Study the Word of God, memorize and meditate on it so you can live a fulfilled life!!!
