God is truly omnipotent. He made all things with their significant purpose and timing.
I'll be talking today about people management and utility.
See; there is a reason why you have this great or little number of friends and people around you. For whatever reason a person gets close to you, there's a purpose to be fulfilled.
A lot of people don't know how to use the people around them and one thing is certain and that is...."what you don't know how to use,you will definitely abuse". Live will be easy for all of mankind if we know how to utilize ourselves. Even Jesus spoke about this when He said..."Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you".
Now the keyword I want you to note there is; "despitefully use you". Now if people can despitefully use me,then that means they can rightfully use me too.
Taking a cue from that we need to learn how to use people the right way...... Here are some ways you can rightfully use people around you........
1. IDENTIFY THEIR AREAS OF STRENGTH: We cannot all be the same and that's why we need each other to live without stress. I got to realise that my friends are very strong where I am weak and I am very strong where they are weak. This should tell me that I need them sometimes.
Identify their areas of gifting and leverage on it when it is called for.
2. KEEP THE CORD STRONG: Ensure you are always keeping track of your friends. Make sure that nothing comes between you guys and be liberal in all that you do.
3.DO NOT HESITATE:There are times you would have saved Youself from a lot of damages if only you called brother 'D' ot sister 'B' to help you out but you hesitated and you incurred a lot of damages.
Whenever you have a person in your circle that can help you do some things you cannot do for yourself,then try an utilize them...
