Anger is a trait that every human being possesses, it is part of our emotions.
Being that anger is part of every human being,it doesn't mean that it is a good thing to exhibit. There are lots of hazards that comes as a result of exhibited anger. This hazards are often times unrepairable. For this reason we all need to know what to avoid whenever we are angry.
Well sometimes it will come even when you try so hard to avoid it. Anger is inevitable,but what matters is how you handle it when it comes.
Below are 3 things to avoid when you are angry....
1. Talking.. "By your words, you are judged, and by your words you are justified". The best thing to do whenever you are angry is to keep quiet.
Your words are powerful and once you speak you will not be able to take it back,so watch what you say when you are angry and if possible,don't even say a thing.
2. Making decisions... we all are where we are today because of the decisions we made. And it is very dangerous to make certain decisions in the process of anger. Avoid making decisions when you are angry.
3. Fighting...... Anger is a fuel that powers the human mind and in the process, you can hurt someone or even get yourself injured in the process, if you engage in a fight, you will do certain things that you will end up regretting.
We all get pissed off sometimes. We all get hurt many times. But the bottom line is for us to know what to do and what not to do whenever we get angry.
