The productivity of mankind has alot to do with his sight. Here are some tips to maintain a healthy eye sight.
What you eat has a lot to do with your sight,therefore you must watch your diet.
Ensure that you consume lots of protein like, beans etc.
Consume more of leafy vegetables like; salad,spinach, etc.
Also take in juicy fruits like, water melons, oranges, etc.
2. Use sunglasses.
Ensure that you purchase a sunglass of your own to protect your eyes from either sunlight or dust.
3. Do not scratch your eyes hard:
Remove dirts from your eyes with soft clothings or cotton wool. Scratching the eyes may sometimes be appealing while at it,but avoid it. It causes eye-sores and weakens the eyelids.
4. Do close the doors sometimes:
Always close your eyes sometimes especially when you have strained your eyes on TV or the computer.
Also get some sleep on a regular basis.
Do not stare on bright lights for so long.
5. Choose your body creams carefully:
Research has it that lots of the chemicals used for the making of some creams and facial treatment lotions are injurious to the eyes.you are therefore advised not to buy creams with the following chemicals ... Alcohol, aluminium, benzoic acid, etc.
These chemicals and more are dangerous to ones eyes, avoid them.
The eye is man's greatest assets, therefore it's man's duty to protect it.
