Your breath has a way of telling who you really are. This is so because, before you are identified you must speak out.
Failure to maintain an odor free breath will result to being snubbed and avoided by both friends and family. It is also bad for your career or profession.
Here are some tips that will help you maintain an odor free breath..
1. Brush after every meal:
The components of the mouth are not smooth,so they tend to carry or hide dirts and food particles in them,which is why you ought to brush your mouth on a frequent basis.

Avoid junk foods and consume more of fruits and vegetables.
