29yrs old man arrested and sentenced for assaulting & threatening his 58yrs old mother

This 29-year old man was sentenced to three years in prison for assaulting his mother and threatening to burn down her house. According to Ladybrand police, Modise Moca Nazo from Old Platberg was sentenced in the Ladybrand Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.

His 58 years old mother called the police to come to her aid after that he threatened to burn down her house just because she refused to give him the keys to the house.
This is not the first time that he has assaulted her in this regards.
