Artificial drought: ISIS' new tactics to fight Iraq government.........

ISIS has closed some gates to dams on the euphrates river in western Iraq,reducing the flow of water to government-held territories which is Iraq's western Amber province.

An official said that "the militants have redirected the water to their advantage.
It now flows around their battle field which is around the city of Ramadi; a city they captured last month.

The official said that this tactics by ISIS will bring about drought to the southern provinces of Iraq if measures are not taken.
