The abduction of the Chibok girls is a year old today.
They were abducted by boko haram on the 14th of April 2014 in Chibok village in Borno state,Nigeria.
Today being a year of their abduction, some school girls march out today with square tags on their hands with the inscription of the names of the abducted girls.
Lots of measures were taken by the current government to rescue them, but none of those measures prevailed.
Nigerians hope that the new government which will resume office on the 29th of May,will do something about the situation.
The #bringbackourgirls ambassadors march out in red today to create awareness of their bondage.
