Military countered boko haram's attack in Yobe State on Sunday ..........

The Nigerian military have shown their gallantry in the war against boko haram over the years with outstanding result.

During the past weekend,the military were able to Infiltrate the camp of the insurgents in Yobe State.
They were able to recover some weapons.
Although the exercise was bloody and there were lots of casualties.  A soldier and a vigilante member lost their lives.

In a tweet post,the defense HQ wrote the entire scenario ........

1. " FLASH: Scores of heavily armed terrorists using women and children as shield died on Sunday when they attacked Babangida in #Yobe State /1"

2. " while their action was being foiled by troops on Sunday.Over 10 rifles and weapon accessories as well as hundreds of rounds of ammunition /2"

3. " and some Hand Grenades were also recovered from the terrorists as some of them fled with gunshot wounds. /3"

4. " One soldier and a vigilante member however died, while 5 were wounded during the encounter. /4"
